Rush was talking about how it would set a bad precedent if presidents started prosecuting previous administrations over scandals and misconduct.

I would have to strongly disagree with that assessment. 0bama and his administration broke laws that had long been on the books throughout his tenure as president. He knowingly and repeatedly abused the power granted by the position and what's so unforgivable is that we now know he used them to willfully weaken the very country he was sworn to protect when he allowed Russia to gain control over something like 1/3 of the Plutonium our government possesses.

That was not just some scandal. That was and is bonified treason literally at the highest level of our government. It is unforgivable. For 0bama and his syndicate to continue to get away with what they did weakens our position in the world. The message must be sent that no one, not even a president, is above justice.
