Would it trigger a race riot if someone shot him to death in his car?

Edit: He clearly says "you know where I live." I'm not completely familiar of the details but so far he appears to be bait for murder. I have to admit though... It would be interesting to see real gangsters swiss cheese his ass in his car with original Thompson. I'm just sayin...
