I saw a movie once where this kid was highly intelligent and the dad wanted to send him to an elite boarding school. When he took the placement test to be accepted, he answered every question wrong so 0% on a multiple choice test. As you probably know, that it is virtually improbable to answer every question wrong on a multiple choice test with a large number of questions. The board reviewed it and knew that he knew most of the answers. Out of defiance, he didn't want to go to the school so he purposely failed it.
Maybe, not the best analogy;however, there comes a point in time where you have to start considering repeated incompetence and gross negligence becomes nefarious behavior. These blue states have policies tailored for destruction. It is the reason why the public health official in Pennsylvania pulled their mother out of the nursing home when they signed the directive to send Covid patients there.
Having said that, I do agree that it is probably unwise to push malicious content without concrete evidence and wouldn't argue this to an independent or liberal to win them over. I think the best way would be to put these political scoundrels on blast for asinine decision making and not push it as malice to win over more people. But I do think it is perfectly reasonable to entertain the idea.
