In this case, I'd support drawing and quartering this bitch.

Scum like this need to be punished. Ppl like you will be fine with a long jail sentence, only to forget about it when they release him next flu season. This is about the the good of the country, get off your high horse and wake up.

Spez: After his day in court, agreed that even scum like him deserve their full rights, but if he gets convincted I want to see pain. I'm tired of nothing ever happening to these people. Remember when that autistic kid got kidnapped for 3 days? Do you even remember what their pumishment was?!

You need to take a step back. Removing due process for anyone endangers every one. Lynching? Are you serious? Sentencing without trial isn't the solution to early release.... that's just a new problem that we'll have to deal with. You think that ends at this individual? Why would you want to give democrats that have no problem breaking the law a legal means to punish their political enemies?

I think I'll continue sitting on my constitutional high horse because this is short sighted and dangerous. No thanks.

We need to make examples, and stop being so complacent. He absolutely deserves his day in court, but what do you do when he gets a slap on the wrist? You can call me whatever you want, but the complacency of you sheep is rediculous. Better awake and angry then asleep and desensitized.

You're using double speak: He deserves his day in court unless you don't like the outcome. That's a slope I'd rather not start down. We have a democratic process for fixing issues that allow outcomes we don't like.

It's not a matter of blindly following authority, but it is a healthy respect of what or forefathers built, warts and all. If they had acted strictly on their anger, our revolution would have looked like France. Unchecked anger leads nowhere good.

I get frustrated with the system too. We seem to harshly punish the wrong things and hand-wave the important, but the solution isn't to bypass the system. It is to change it. That's how a constitutional republic works. We need to influence enough people to fix the problem, not give tyrants more weapons to use.

My assumption is that your are genuine in your belief and I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that this isn't coming from racism, though I suggest supporting lynching a black man makes that difficult. Always ask yourself how will my political and ideological opponents use what I'm suggesting.... because they will pervert and twist it for their own ambitions.

Due process and respect of the rule of law is important, even when individual cases go against our sensibilities. When there is a systemic problem, use the political system to make the smallest possible change to address the issue.

Good of the country? Shut the fuck up. You are talking about lynching. You are talking about denying a man his right to a trial. Aren't you mad about the unconstitutional orders that governments have been enforcing, and here you are saying we should bring back public lynching.

Good fucking grief.

If we are to call oursselves a free country then we cannot deny any man his basic right to a trial or any rights at that.

Is there ANY question of his guilt? We may disagree what needs to be done about him. I would like to see him prevented from ever doing it again and I would like to see him be an example to future would-be offenders. If some jury is manipulated into letting him go, then that jury is wrong.

Firing squad? If you say life in jail is fine, after watching thousands of the worst criminals get released over a seasonal flu, then you are simply an idiot. I'm tired of watching my country rot, I want to see ppl like this exterminated.

Public lynchings can damn well be the result of a jury trial, ffs I never said without a trial, but every one of you snowflakes dog piled the PRESUMPTION that I meant without a trial. He deserves a trial, all I'm saying is, after seeing all these rapists and murderers get freed from jail, I want to see retribution! No more slaps on the wrist, I want real justice. You complacent fools.

Then why don't you lynch the judicial branch?

But by all means don't go off being unlawful and making mobs and acting as executioner.

Like why do you sound more angry at the scum rather than the people letting them go?

Words have meaning. Lynchings are extra-judicial punishments regardless of trial. It is mob justice and anytime you add a descriptor to the word justice, you are no longer talking about justice.

Perhaps your chose poorly in your wording. Your problem doesn't seem to be with life in prison, but democrat governors letting them go because they might get the flu. If that is true, I'd focus on the core of the problem.
