I take vitamin D every day because I'm deficient. I take 5000 IU daily just to be within normal limits. And I'm someone that gets outside frequently. Just have the deficiency. Not "black" but have .04% african DNA. So, I guess I'm African German American.

yeah, I thought about that but I didn't find out till years too late. I'm retired now and not looking for extra income. If only I had known though...
