I agree he got swindled recently by an HCQ study - one which even omitted Azithromicin for gosh sakes! - but I wouldn't call him a shill. He's just a cautious type that tends to give the authorities more credit than they deserve. (They deserve none, of course.)
He's been going against the narrative on Vitamin D for almost two months, and his explanations of things are extremely good.
