Yes. He used the story that a drunk driver had killed his wife, when it was really just a horrible accident. The family of the driver sued Biden because the driver was not drunk, and this falsehood told repeatedly over the years was causing them harm and grief as well as smearing their reputation. It took a lawsuit to get Biden to stop lying about it over the course of a decade or so. A complete piece of shit.
