Fascist Fauci is on a leash.

He keeps tugging on the chain whenever he gets a spotlight, but the Trump admin has something on him, because he keeps walking back his fear-mongering and staying in the white house lawn. The media still gets their soundbite 'listen to the dog barking! We need to stay inside forever' but in the end, he always stays on the grass.
