Report the error to your county or township official. A cousin of mine, who has lived in Canada since the 1970s, used my address from the Clinton era onward so she could continue to vote absentee. A poll worker notified me of the “duplication”, he thought I had sold my house. To make a long story short, it took about a year to get her to cease and desist. The township was great, they immediately took her name off the voter rolls and forced her to find another option. All told the state, department of state and township were involved, her big mistake was claiming that she had lived with me at one time and I could prove her claim was false.
Good luck getting this cleared up, it is worth the hassle.

In many cases the Republican ballots are subtly different in appearance and get shredded as you mentioned. However, dem ballots with Republican votes can get through.

Make photocopies of the ballets and take them to the police station and tell the them you want to press charges. If the police refuse to take them, take them to an election judge. Both parties have them.

That's a great point. Elections are run by local secretaries of state. Voter rolls are not nationalized and not cross-referenced with other voter rolls or even birth/death records. Some people advocate for an automatic voting registration tied to a national ID or even a state ID. At the moment the system is completely vulnerable to multiple voting. Although it is on the honor system, most people don't double vote. It is a federal offense with jail time if caught. I'm sure there are many people cheating, but not more than several thousand.. Not enough to matter. By the way... both sides have this type of fraud so it basically cancels out.
Both sides try to reform in various years with variable success. Real change is difficult because of one party corruption. Fake dems and fake gop work together to keep power.
Contact the Trump campaign. I would hope they would have a plan in place for documenting such incidents and having them handled by the proper authorities (in that order, because we know how many of the "proper authorities" will simply lose the evidence and drop the matter).

It's not evidence of fraud. If they vote twice, that is evidence. Many people are physically unable to vote on election day.
