That guy went on TV and threatened the State, but he was trying to run a bluff, he obviously had no intention of actually standing up for his Rights. So when the cops came he waffled, the State then escalated on him and here he is.

If you threaten the State you gotta go through with it or you will suffer, simple as that. He or other Citizens up yonder have to stand up for reelz, you cannot just make a TV appearance looking strong and then waffle, either be prepared to defend yourself or do not make the noises threatening the State.

This kind of thing isn't going to lessen until Citizens DO stand up and are willing to die for Freedom. Or willing to kill the State as necessary in lieu of dying themselves.

Inspector Sheryl will get you if you show weakness.

... or you can sue the hell out of the State after you are arrested/shut down. Then a legal judgement might prevent it from happening again. I'm not sure which is the best course of action, what you suggest - or an after the fact lawsuit.

Sue the State and force legit taxpayers to fork over yet more monies we ain't got. Brilliant, we'll sue for our rights back AND make money as we do it...

Good luck with that.

You have a better suggestion? Sue, win the ruling, refuse and money beyond recouping costs. We need the government to KNOW they can't successfully abuse the populace as they are at the moment.

A $30 million ruling against a county/city dictator would - get them out of office - and make the news so everybody knows what the verdict was. Then take out your costs, leave the rest in the government coffers - and you've done something worthwhile.

You must be a lawyer.

No, but I know the 9/11 story of the Marine who swiped the flag off a boat on the Hudson River near the WTC and brought it over to "the pile" so they could raise it - and the camera guy got the lucky/great Iwo Jima style photo of them. Almost ran into a soot covered Mayor Guilliani that day, missed him on the streets of Tribeca by a few minutes. I don't like lawyers, but it's the only way certain things seem to get done.

When the corona chinese virus thing first kicked off, governments demanded the authority to shut off water to businesses and homes with their emergency powers. They didn't explain how this would help to combat the disease, if anything, it seems like the most simple way to spread & increase infections since hand-washing is the easiest way to lower infection risks.

And now we have this.

Has this been a ploy all along just to be thieves and rob hard-working lawful citizens of their property and businesses?

This is exactly what it was for, the application of unchecked power and the violation of our constitutional rights.l

I can’t see where the NJ legislature actually voted on the changes to NJAC 8:57, nor does any of this text make any sense regarding taking of possessions.

https://casetext.com/regulation/new-jersey-administrative-code/title-8-health/chapter-57-communicable-diseases/subchapter-1-reportable-communicable-diseases/section-857-13-definitions

So I’m guessing this is a huge abuse of power. If the grand state of New Jersey grows a pair, may God have mercy on those “leaders” souls.
