That guy went on TV and threatened the State, but he was trying to run a bluff, he obviously had no intention of actually standing up for his Rights. So when the cops came he waffled, the State then escalated on him and here he is.

If you threaten the State you gotta go through with it or you will suffer, simple as that. He or other Citizens up yonder have to stand up for reelz, you cannot just make a TV appearance looking strong and then waffle, either be prepared to defend yourself or do not make the noises threatening the State.

This kind of thing isn't going to lessen until Citizens DO stand up and are willing to die for Freedom. Or willing to kill the State as necessary in lieu of dying themselves.

Inspector Sheryl will get you if you show weakness.

... or you can sue the hell out of the State after you are arrested/shut down. Then a legal judgement might prevent it from happening again. I'm not sure which is the best course of action, what you suggest - or an after the fact lawsuit.

Sue the State and force legit taxpayers to fork over yet more monies we ain't got. Brilliant, we'll sue for our rights back AND make money as we do it...

Good luck with that.

You have a better suggestion? Sue, win the ruling, refuse and money beyond recouping costs. We need the government to KNOW they can't successfully abuse the populace as they are at the moment.

A $30 million ruling against a county/city dictator would - get them out of office - and make the news so everybody knows what the verdict was. Then take out your costs, leave the rest in the government coffers - and you've done something worthwhile.
