PP has no argument because... they were never 'required' to shut down. These funds were for small businesses that the government shut down. None of these PP affiliates closed. Blows my mind that no one has said this when reporting on this.
Not technically correct. While PP is definitely ineligible, there are plenty of small businesses in operation (not shut down) that are eligible to receive forgivable loans
If you are open, but business falls off a cliff why shouldn't you be eligible for PPP?
They should be forbidden from taking money from the government for anything anyway, given how much of their focus is on donating that money back to the DNC. Obvious laundering of tax money for political benefit. I've got no problem with companies or organizations donating to politics. As SCOTUS ruled, that's a legit example of 1A. But you can't do it with taxpayer money.
Why would they need the money? Abortions were ruled essential right? So their entire revenue stream is still intact. They can freely kill babies whilst Small Business can't even do an online auction.
