They don't start businesses because they have been trained to only bitch about problems, not working their asses off to find solutions. That's what happens when you give everyone a participation trophy and foster their entitlement by telling them they are special. They want everything to be easy; no one honest has an easy life.

I know a lot of people who would do it for $400-500 labor + materials, which would be $900-1000 total, or about 1/5-1/10 the cost of hiring a company to do it.

A 200 gallon tank could be installed in a day or two and sure beats $12 an hour at the factory.
