I know a boomer that got into doing autopsies without any college, he was trained on the job with no degree...he was a lab assistant. Now he knocks down $100k, never went to school, just grandfathered in. For that same position now you must have a 4 year, masters, and attend a PA school of which there are only a handful of in the whole country.
He's great at his job, but can boomers understand the barriers that have been placed in front of us?
