No knock raids should be greeted with grape shot.

That will cure these solider wannabees of their violent moronacy real God damn quick.

Restore the sanctity of the Rule of Law, always demand they resume their traditional role as Peace Officers (not Statute/Process Law Enforcers), and/or curtail the legal protections afforded to them through Sovereign Immunity. And never allow them to deploy Killbots.

not_a_shill 6 points ago +6 / -0

Border patrol can have killbots though.

There is no situation where this can ever be legit police practice.

US citizens have the right to shoot and kill violent home invaders. Home invaders know this, so anyone STILL choosing to be a violent home invader is by definition insanely suicidal and reckless. Which further validates the use of lethal force against them.

If this is a crime committed by police, then the above premise doesn't change one bit. Why employ anyone that is insane and violent and reckless in the role of police? No one with that mindset is fit for employment, let alone with delegated law enforcement authority.

If police pretended to be any other category of criminal, the same premise applies. FBI types want to dress up in robes and scream terrorist anthems in crowded shopping malls? Then they can get shot legally and lawfully by all present. The moral here is pretty clear, don't mimic violent criminal types!

BigFreedomBoner 7 points ago +7 / -0

Exactly.

This is a war time police practice, otherwise known as war.

HonkNJhonk 7 points ago +7 / -0

While I agree with you, I must assume you are not familiar with NJ... we do not have a castle doctrine rather a “legal duty to retreat”. I shit you not. If a person uses force inside their home against a violent intruder in my faggot home state, they will be scrutinized possibly harder than the invader to prove their was absolutely no window or door they could use to flee.

8
impera 8 points ago +8 / -0

Not a place I even remotely want to be familiar with.. requiring people to abandon their own homes to invaders is a pretty damning leftist viewpoint. You surely cant use the same excuse to take over the mayors or governors house, so expecting citizens to flee to save any harm to the precious invader is preposterous.

FBI types want to dress up in robes and scream terrorist anthems in crowded shopping malls?

Does this refer to some event?

1
impera 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not specifically, a poor example but its probably happened somewhere. The type of school shooting drills that they don't announce in advance of them happening is a better case. There was a time when gunmen descending on a school to wreak havoc would be on the receiving end of return fire. If they were police, too bad for them.

Build a wire cage around your front door with a locked door on it. If you ever get no knocked, youve now got 10 swat agents in a barrel.

FragrantDude 0 points ago +2 / -2

Then the other cops will either kill you or make your life a miserable hell because they act like you're some unhinged "cop killer" looking to do blue some harm.

There must be better ways of achieving the same end goal.

But you would agree, it would cut down the nonsense?

Thugs don't really respect the law - Inside or outside the government.

But they respect consequences.

He is principled to a fault and sometimes does things without regard to the big picture, but I do respect the guy. One of the few politicians that I can say that about.

12
lifeisahologram 12 points ago +12 / -0

Perfectly sums him up. Love Rand though.

Including Trump? Oo

Trump's not a politician.

It used to be that they would only do raids like that on known dangerous felons, but now they do them when Karen calls 911 to report that her neighbor said mean things to her and might have a gun.

I saw the H3H3 video the other day, and apparently a prankster called the cops on him with a fake allegation. Be posted his door cam footage.

So the cops go to his house in the Hollywood hills or wherever his mansion is, and bang on the door like monkeys, and already have their guns drawn.

I think it's mostly cops in big cities, but damn cops need to chill the fuck out.

It’s called getting swatted and it’s a big thing that happens to online celebrities.

They put detectives to investigate someone wearing a KKK hood to protest the mask rules. Investigate what? It's free speech. I was baffled. Sending LEOs to track someone down for something not a crime? What are we Liocense UK Leftists?

He needs to start showing up to the Capitol building in full on Civil War General garb. Start sending the message to the Democrats that we kicked their ass in the first Civil War and are not afraid to do so again.

good fucking idea

BigFreedomBoner 13 points ago +15 / -2

If we can't prosecute the most obvious coup d'etat ever, really what's the point of any no-knock raid? What criminal are they are attempt to arrest who could possible be worse than they are? What is seriously worse than selling every American out to CCP? Why would I give a fuck about some low-life criminal who is clearly not the threat to me as a tyrannical government.. THAT WANTS TO SELL ME OUT TO CHINA.

The FBI not law enforcement. FBI is anti-law enforcement to offshore our natural rights with some of the worst people alive .

So this is an apartment right? where other people live between walls? so a stray bullet could kill someone right? wtf?

16
blackkit27 [S] 16 points ago +16 / -0

Yes Bre Taylor's murder was at an apartment complex where the 3 cops fired at least 25 rounds at random into everywhere, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen etc and at least 8 rounds into her body. This is one of a couple cases where if they aren't charged with 1st Degree Murder we will see Rodney King style Riots Nationwide, by all Colors of the Human Race.

tombombadil 10 points ago +10 / -0

Her boyfriend thought people were trying to break in so he shot in self defense. The fact that these officers didn’t even think to announce who they were as they tried to bust a door down during the middle of the night is the dumbest thing I have ever heard LE do. And not to mention that they were in the wrong apartment complex and conducting a raid on a totally innocent person with no criminal record.

This isn’t about race. This is about ending retarded tactics that we allow LE to do.

blackkit27 [S] 7 points ago +7 / -0

If you remember the tv series The Shield, I believe way to many cops these days either watched it as kids or watched it on Hulu and want to be Criminals with a Badge. Because that's the first thing that came to my mind when I first heard about this story, was 3 crooked ass motherfuckers trying to re-enact some Vic Mackey shit. Which would 100% explain why No body cams were on or running, if the entire point was to rip off some low level drug dealer, but being to stupid to actually make sure you had the right address.

Just found this show - normally i am not a fan of cop shows, but its really good! Lol

You know how white people don't riot when a white person dies? Sometimes, as toxic as it can be, racial politics actual gets things done. Credit where it's due.

2
lifeisahologram 2 points ago +2 / -0

Do you mean if they aren't charged? I don't think riots will happen if they are charged.

I always thought Rand was all bluster and less of a believer than his dad. It seems to me like getting attacked by his neighbor and then getting KungFlu has made him grow some real balls. It would be interesting to see a libertarian in power one day. Senate Majority Leader perhaps? Better than McConnell anyway.

Shot 8 times by "accident" w no cameras to prove the story.

Was EMT Taylor speaking out against corona hoax perhaps? Speaking out against local law enforcement? Anybody here find her social medias?

3
blackkit27 [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

Pretty sure they were trying to kill her boyfriend who fired the first shot at them thinking they were home invaders at 12:30 am. Since the cops fired 25 rounds all through the apartment indiscriminately including into the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen.

And yet, [Rep. John Yarmuth, who represents Louisville in Washington, described Taylor, who was an ER technician, as a "brave and selfless public servant." He said the shooting was another example of a "nation sick and tired of seeing and hearing of black and brown lives being taken so wantonly and so coldly."]

NKWs get served frequently, usually because of the person's warrant count, the severity of their allegations, or if you know for sure he or she is in X building and has weapons readily available. They are great, but once in a while, shit like this happens, somehow..

5
blackkit27 [S] 5 points ago +5 / -0

Once in a while my ass, Colion Noir did a video a few days ago about at least 4-5 incidents that have happened in the last year alone. And that's just scratching the surface.

1
bubadmt 1 point ago +1 / -0

That IS once in a while in my eyes. These agencies usually use a separate Violent Crimes Unit/Major Crime Suppression Unit (name varies by agency) who do these on a daily basis multiple times. Most turn out in their favor, but if out of 1000 done per year there are 5 of these incidents, that's hardly a commonality. You just don't see the ones that go successfully, you only see the botched entries. Don't be so quick to jump to generalizations about these men when you never actually did one yourself. Go and try to clear a house whose occupants are armed to the teeth, and let's see how fast you change your tune.
