Seriously, though, raising awareness for vitiligo (which is incurable) among black Americans is the only tactic Quid Pro Joe/Creepy Joe/Sleepy Joe/Sniffin Biden/JoePedo’s campaign can use to attempt to explain his “gaffe”. They went with “sorry, I shouldn’t behave been such a wise guy” & we all saw how that went. I would not put it past them to try & use an inherited genetic skin pigmentation disorder (that occurs in all races) to try & cover his Northern Democrat racism.
