Agree. I don't care if people want to wear a mask, but they should do their own research and make their own decision. It should not be forced on anyone. We're a free country, not communist China, although many people seem very eager to give up their liberties.
I've watched since 2010 the slippery slope into communism. There is no logic to these people. The education system has failed, look at the folks response to the virus! Nobody is looking at the data!
It's deeper than that though, social media is programming EVERYONE. A kid at work, 21 years old and not a lefty, can't even remember why we locked down in the first place.
People can't even remember FLATTEN THE CURVE! Everyone is SO FUCKING ENTRENCHED in the culture war that they are ruining everything. This goes for people on both sides.
The only action I can see being done to any benefit is just being the best american you can be. Some lefty wants to yell at you and call you names?
Tell them you love them, support their right to their opinions, and invite them to get a beer or dinner. Eventually reality will clash enough with their programming and the NPCs will get redpilled.
The last decade has me sure of one thing, I need to get my bugout rig set. I have a truck based camp setup, complete with water purification, that can have me living anywhere of a decent climate for as long as food lasts. Get me near a fishing spot, I'm set.
I'm in the process of buying a camper to turn my tacoma into an overland rig. By mid July, I'll be set to go and live anywhere in relative luxury.
If work continues being as stupid as it is (I work for a major auto manufacturer that wasn't originated in the US) I'll be set by next summer to bug out permanently. The people running my company are just as bad as these leftists and I'm seeing SOOOO MANY YOUNGER PEOPLE (20's and 30s) realizing this and planning to get the fuck out of it all.
