Instead, he should send all these foreigners home so they can no longer vote 90% left in those elections.

I actually think this issue is large enough that it DOES require a Constitutional amendment.

  1. Federal ID required in ALL federal and state elections
  2. Ballot harvesting is outlawed
  3. Mail in voting is outlawed except in cases where it is verified that voter is unable to be physically present at voting booth (military, disabled, sick, etc.)
