Don't think circuit courts can overrule the right to peacable assembly and the right to religious freedom, both of which are explicitly protected by the constitution.

this must be challenged through the courts and right away - remember Fauci has clear information about a 2nd wave this fall - these issues need to be cleared up before it happens.
