That is a very unlikely speculation. They already put their clown car of candidates through the primaries there's nobody in the DNC rolodex that could come out as a surprise candidate at this point. They are more likely just looking to lose with Biden, continue to hamper Trump as long as they can, and hope they can turn the tables in 2024.
I put the odds of replacement of Biden at less than 5%. There are no other viable alternatives. Nobody can name even one. It's over they are stuck with Biden and that is why they are crashing the economy and preparing to cheat at the polls.
