I live in California. My dad just got taken to the emergency room. They won’t let me in to see him. Say there are no exceptions. Anyone out there in this wonderful state that has had to deal with this or any commie Fornia lawyers out there that might give me some advice?

If you can get cell phone in his hands, you can communicate that way. I know someone that put a cell.phone in thier mothers hand and it was on speaker for the daughter to hear what was going on and to be able to communicate with the staff. They usually dont take a patients phone away.
