At Emergency Room Can’t See my Dad

I live in California. My dad just got taken to the emergency room. They won’t let me in to see him. Say there are no exceptions. Anyone out there in this wonderful state that has had to deal with this or any commie Fornia lawyers out there that might give me some advice?

Getting a cell phone to him is the best solution. You need to be able to advocate for him.

Great advice. Unfortunately he’s not even capable of running a cell phone at this point it has never had one

I am really sorry to hear that. I am praying for his wellbeing and that the medical staff treats him as if he were their own.
