At Emergency Room Can’t See my Dad

I live in California. My dad just got taken to the emergency room. They won’t let me in to see him. Say there are no exceptions. Anyone out there in this wonderful state that has had to deal with this or any commie Fornia lawyers out there that might give me some advice?

I think the delicate geniuses (docs) aren't letting anyone see patients because of COVID. Wait until they get the word it has a 99.89% survival rate!
