If I'm 100% OK with the government mandating a drop-dead date for USB-A and micro-USB connectors?

I'm not saying they should force Apple to change from Lightning to UCB-C like Europe is doing, just that on the other end they can't have a USB-A. I'm so fucking sick of not being able to find the right way to plug it in until the 3rd try. Yes, you read that right.

I read a story on the USB plug. It was suppose to be like how the new samsungs are now, where you can plug it in either way, but the original manufacturer didn't want to make them easy to use so they break.
