Except for Russian Hill, where Pelosi lives.

Are they putting them in the upscale areas or just where the commoners go?

This IS where they congregate- right in front of and all around the Courthouse, and next streets over in the Tenderloin.

Exactly where potebtial jurors are forced to walk through abd to from the only sanctioned parking garage. As I learned when I got my jd notice...

They put up a fence and gate- are they not free to come and go?

The sad part is that this is actually a huge step up from how things have been there. Before it was just tents everywhere and bums fighting in the street at least now there's some semblance of order.

It's bad though, because with those markings, they've pretty much declared it as an official homeless territory. Not that they were going to fix anything in the first place, but it's the first step to designating all public spaces as "housing for the homeless".

How long do they have to stay in the rectangle before it becomes their property?

Why does it say "to help spread the coronavirus" but they are spread apart? Doesn't even make sense. Plus, how is this the Civic center when it looks like the middle of a street??

Some California cities have started closing off streets, possibly permanently, due to the virus. Not just San Francisco even. I'm not joking.

Why don't they move them out of the city? Like, build a village out in the hills in the east Bay where they can all live. Deliver food and stuff so they don't starve.
