How about lawsuits and a massive public awareness campaign. If there is any cheating involved the "winner" is kicked out of their seat and thrown behind bars 100% of the time.

I know of a company from Broward County that has Three apartment safe houses in a nearby county. Brenda Snipes the Broward County Election official was censured 2 times for missing deadlines then fired. (finding lost ballots ?)
These are foreign nationals in these safe house apartments. What could they be doing ?
The one thing is that there are unusual electronic signals coming from one of these apartments. Nothing like what is around the rest of the building. Their activities run 24/7 and these people don't care about the lives of their neighbors.

Better call the FBI, they can tip off the safe houses
so they calm it down or move them somewhere else.

California was the proving grounds. Now that they know it produces results, they're going to be pushing the same agenda in other states just like Northam is trying to do in Virginia.
