I’m just a casual spectator so take this with a grain of salt, but maybe I can contribute a little.
Red States are certainly doing better than Blue States in many cases, if they wanna play this nationwide epidemic game, then compare South Dakota to NY or CA. Also both of those Blue states are begging for a bailout because their budget’s in the red big time, and it ain’t all COVID related, it’s decades worth of mismanagement. Gavin Newsome wants Federal money, meanwhile he’s housing the homeless in hotels against the will of the hotel proprietors, and providing cigarettes, alcohol, etc at the taxpayer’s expense. Think that’d fly in a Red state? Also, checkout Florida who took in the most people from the ‘Hot Zone’ compared to any other state, they’re long past reopening, still waiting on that ‘second wave’. No state income tax, states doing well, and compare the infection/death rate of ‘The Villages’ A gigantic retirement community vs. one of Cuomo’s death homes.
Has any estimate or model been correct thus far? Where’s the 2.1 million dead?
We’re the United STATES, why should EVER state have the same response? Great article by Dennis Prager: https://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2020/04/21/if_half_the_countrys_deaths_were_in_montana_would_new_york_shut_down_142995.html
‘If Half the Country’s Deaths Were In Montana, Would New York Shut Down?’
This is largely a NY problem and yet the entire country is suppose to suffer along with them? Shut down all non-essential activity, yet keep the dirty subways open? Even now that some are saying this doesn’t live on surfaces for long, the subway would be a breading ground for any virus considering how many people touch various objects while riding. But keep those open and shut down a family business, then stack COVID patients in a nursing home while knowing this clearly affects the elderly disproportionately.
I’m nearly certain that’s just flat out u true, we have conducted WAY more tests than any other country and that speaks to the leadership from the Federal Govt aka Trump.
Govt can provide guidance, and private businesses can surely require a mask if they choose, but govt should not force businesses to do this.
Govt should have never shut ANYTHING down, they shouldn’t have been allowed to from the beginning. Give guidance, but that’s the extent of it. This whole “of it saves one life” bullshit is ridiculous.
Just a few of your points, hope it’s a little helpful if only to spark more in-depth research and have a nice rebuttal for your ‘Ivy League’ friends. I went to college right down the road from a very prestigious Ivy League institution, not knocking the place, there are some brilliant minds, but just because someone’s a student there doesn’t mean they’re a genius by any stretch, don’t be intimidated for a second by that.
I am concerned about the ballot fraud. I know of an apartment building where there are foreign nationals there up all hours of the night and the residents are wondering what they are doing. 3 safe houses owned by the same company in one apartment house is very suspicious especially if that company is from Broward County Florida.
In another place, I know of a family of leftists that sold their house to a halfway house foundation. Close by is a group of men that work at an IVY League University. Is if me or are some people tone deaf to voter fraud and illegal immigration?
Where are all the crack investigators from Law and Order?
What about Elliot Ness types, where are they?

This was definitely helpful thank you!
