I'm fairly confident that employees forced to wear masks can sue their employer, but it won't be successful for awhile (not a lawyer, just guessing).

A local female employee of a kroger near me pinned her mask to her shirt and said she's "wearing it" and that they weren't going to force her to put a damn thing on her face.
