Look up John Tour on youtube (pretty sure it’s John, positive it’s Tour). He’s one of the leading scientists in nanotechnology. Billions of dollars across the world are invested in projects that use his research. This guy was rated one of the top 100 scientists of the 20th century so he’s in a list with Einstein and Hawking. He explains really well how life is an impossibility and how he and maybe a handful of other people are the most qualified people on the planet to make a statement like that. The idea that science and religion are mutually exclusive is just not true.

Problem is the bible says Earth is ~6000 years old. Religion has always been used for such nefarious purposes and still is. I often wonder if the world would have been better off with no religion(s) at all.

People will always preach faith in god... to me it's like, do i believe i can paint your house or build you a deck? No i know I can do those things... so the idea of belief seems strange to the subject.

Consider this: evil can never gain a majority because it breaks down into revolt. Nobody wants to be on the receiving end of a bad deal. Everything is cyclical. After the storm comes the Don
