Health Care Practitioner/Provider If you really were one, you would know that. Fuck off yourself chi com globo-homo maskfucker.

I literally attacked the chi com in my write up and alluded to them being responsible for this whole ordeal. And no, HCP=healthcare provider is not an accepted abbreviation in any form of charting i've ever been educated in.
