Hey, assessing the mood of like minded on the team is hardly defeatist mindset and I'm sorry to say that many American people are beyond saving which is why the focus is on the savable. The pushback on masks is a result of distrust from losing faith in government agencies as a result of the incompetence, lies, agendas, and lack of logic. They insulted our intelligence. Months later we collectively know far more about the disease, who it targets, and the lethality based on the numbers. Free people should have the choice to wear or not wear. Stay home and lock down or not. Right now, big government agencies tasked with public health have a lot of egg on their faces and a whole lot of reforms are needed to restore any kind of credibility.
