TRIAGE!!! I agree that it's wrong to compromise with evil, but that's not what we're doing. Technically, since abortion is legal in some states for a week after birth, by fighting for a (un)"reasonable" number of say 4-4.5 months, we would be making the baby murderers compromise.

At some point, those pushing for no abortions at all, and refusing to accept anything number over zero should probably be held responsible for some of the baby murders that could have been prevented.

This is probably it. It’s painfully easy to get money from government programs. In places like CA for example, just go to a website, then check the box next to “are you sure you’re 100% eligible for federal funding?” that says “Totally.” A good number of our programs here are like that.
Want free healthcare? Go to the site for that and check the ‘gimme some money’ box. You now have free government subsidized healthcare, albeit shitty healthcare. There are an alarming number of programs that work that way here.
