Barely EVER went in to see them. Old women always smelled like they just shit themselves. The apartment was a pigsty! No one, the Phlips, their company, or the government gave a FUCK!
Canada unofficially has a two-tiered system. If you have private healthcare, you go WAYYYYY ahead of the line. 30 second wait vs a 4 and a half hour wait. I used to have it and my ass wouldn't hit the chair before they called me.
In Japan, Japanese doctors and nurses take care of Japanese patients.
In the West, Chinese and Indian doctors and Eritrean and Pakistani nurses "take care of" the patients.
