Since we are well aware what Biden actually suffers from (such as dementia), is the left as usual putting everything on President Trump since they have been losing incredibly and want to use the 25th Amendment? I feel with a bullet roof vest and complete suit plus standing in the very hot sun should naturally make us move any part of our body and what rule am I missing that President Trump has to stand so still not one muscle or part can move?
I saw both videos and I wonder with my heart what made his arm twitch; it very well could have been some type of itch since has so much on the body; did you see how the media will not stop putting the focus on him and after he had the arm movement, only then to camera switch for a few seconds to another view?

Our beloved President will be 74 soon so would be right of me to conclude what happened in both those videos are natural simply due to Donald’s age? He has been treated worse than any other President and I really am trying to think what made him sway back and forth then the arm/elbow move. Overall, though, what should make ANYONE feel sick is the joy the man/women feels when they speculate endlessly of Donald’s health hoping he will get hurt, injured or mustered/assassinated. President Trump is never left alone and is scrutinized for absolutely everything but not in a way that the person cares but rather wishing his health would deteriorate.
