The body essentially kills itself by overreacting to its own imbalanced immune system. That’s the real “disease” here: immunodeficiency, and the big pharma cartel including fauci, their media coconspirators, bill gates and others are at the center of why these facts aren’t common knowledge.

I guess technically you're right because people have been using it interchangeably, but COVID-19 does stand for Corona Virus Disease 2019.
