On Monday May 25 the region I'm in opened the terrazas for which Bro Covfefe and I are happy (not that we weren't able to drink at home hahaha)

But it is going to be very difficult for small businesses to recover. As in some places in the US (for ex MD) any unemployment payments were delayed so they went almost 2 months without any money coming in and they still had to pay taxes.
