Funding

All the debt those states accumulated is really starting to hurt them. I know because I live in Illinois and we are starting to really hurt from it. Its to the point that I am seeing people blaming the governor. That is really huge(at least in my neck of the woods. Little chicago is the City's nickname since it has non of the pluses and nearly all of the negatives. Believe it or not even the criminals here hate being here it is that bad at times)
