They consider him a lame duck anyway so his proposed action would never be implemented; it won;t deter them.
We can't count on this working and need to be ready with our own means of enforcement. My main concern is when they bring in the boxes full of fraudulent mail in ballots at the last minute, how do we monitor that vote COUNT? Standard poll worker has no bearing on this, at least in my jurisdiction.
