WI it's a little different, but still in person it's 100% legit. And no worries about the rona last month. Never had to come close enough to anybody to need to put my mask on, never had to touch anything anyone else did; brought my own pen, the paper ballot is retained. (No curtain though)
I think the ballots are calculated electronically and only counted by hand if it's uber close so there's a potential for fraud there, but clearly it's the mail in ballots where the major fraud happens. They stole a State Supreme court seat last month and the Governorship that way in 2018.
