The small business world is fucked. Especially our small restaurants. I hope everyone likes eating at chilis and applebees after this because that is all that will be left. No small restaurant can realistically still operate at 50% while not doubling prices.
This horseshit has destroyed hundreds of thousands of small business.
The great thing about the community I live in, everyone has been supporting our small restaurants. Most are doing pretty good because the community has come together to support them. We've lost a few chains already, but not a huge loss there.
If we can keep opening I'm really not at all worried about the stock market finishing it's recovery.
Still it went on long enough that I think there are many more sad days ahead in the small business world.
