However, when he went un-responsive or they had him in restraints, the cops should have gotten off of him. There was no need to prolong the subduing after he went unconscious or was in cuffs.
You do see his arms twisting and shoulders moving at the start, which would look like some form of resistance to keep his hands from going in the cuffs, however, the cop that was on the neck just sat there and didn't help.
They need to get this pushed in front of the GA shooting as they know that is going to be a total loss.
I agree with that. I don't understand why they didn't get off him when he passed out. They said he was on drugs and were waiting for the ambulance. I was thinking maybe they had to restrain him until the paramedics come? The article said the man 'died later' which makes me believe it was drug related. They would be all over it if he died from suffocation and police brutality.
