She should call them on trying to do that: "Shall I answer your question, or do you want to stand here at the podium? No? Then stop talking over me, or arguing with me. Ask your question, then listen to the answer. If you can't do that little bit of courtesy, there's always the door... Of, if you refuse to leave, I just won't call on you, anymore."
