I'm helping out with a big company initiative happening soon, and will be on camera hosting as part of my role. I was to be alongside a young woman, Asian American.

She needs to bow out for a personal emergency. I quickly said I would help carry the full load of responsibility myself, to which I was told:

"Sorry to your white male-ness, but we need variety. You can't do it alone."

Why is this OK? How is this not racist?

Imagine if this was said to a black person, and how quickly you'd be fired for saying so...

PC, Affirmative Action, and "Muh Diversity" is ruining the country. Literally cancer to civilized society by any other name.
