Healthy individuals have NO reason to wear a mask. No studies ever done say that healthy individuals should mask to prevent transmission of infections.
All studies done to this point cannot statistically say masks help with reducing transmission of virus by INFECTED people, let alone healthy. Masks, however are still recommended if you are in closed spaces (like homes or hospital rooms) with Actively SICK PEOPLE for longer duration of time.
People with no symptoms, no fever, no cough, should not don a mask to appease others.
