Twenty years ago, people ate them like candy, but with what we know now, I wouldn't take Tylenol unless maybe I had a very high fever. For more frequent types of pain, Advil or Aleve are much safer OTC choices, and yet Tylenol is still OTC because Americans can be trusted with a little risk management. We're not babies. IMO HCQ should be OTC here in the US just like it is in most countries around the world.
NAC is all around great stuff. Everybody should at least have some. It's cheap. It helps lots of things that contribute to not catching de plague. It also helps your body utilize antioxidants. Since they won't let us have effective medicine if we DO catch de plague, the same things we can do to help not catch it also help us kick it.
Exercise. Hot bath. NAC with C and all the other antioxidants you can get. Vitamin D and A. Echinacea.

Quinine used to be OTC until the year after a study was published showing how effective it is for RNA viruses of all types.
Things that make you go hmmmm...

Probably cured cancer or some shit.
What was in it?
Hmmmm....
Tylenol is very safe if you take it within prescribed limits
Tylenol can absolutely destroy your liver if you don't use it correctly
If you take too much Tylenol, use NAC.

tylenol is way safer than NSAIDs, even with the liver toxicity
I agree.
Tylenol doesn't do anything for me. Aleve or aspirin. I hardly ever take it though.
