Thanks! Yeah just my shed. Of course, Reddit will tell everybody the American Dream is dead and no ‘millennial’ can move up in the world these days, but me and I’m sure a lot of people here are living proof that’s completely false. It’s been an amazing few years thankfully. Plus, I searched for about 1.5 years because housing prices were peaking and I just can bare to buy something that’s overpriced. Negotiating for this place is one of the proudest deals I’ve ever made, decent equity built in to the purchase price, unique situation (part of a divorce so the husband lived out of state and just wanted to dump it) The wife couldn’t maintain the place hence there is a decent amount of yard work I still have to do. Now in hindsight, if I would’ve waited 6 months with all the b.s. that’s going on, I might have gotten an even better deal, idk I’m seeing a lot of places just drop off the market until things recover, if the seller doesn’t have to sell. Doesn’t matter, I’m happy, amazing neighborhood of old colonial style homes and NO HOA!
