Yes. The very end are the % of registrations that SHOULD NOT be registered.
This is the POOL of registrations they cheat from. Some of them are used to vote in some elections.

There are voters with no last name, no birthdate, no birthplace.
Names that are just a single letter.
Homeless shelters with hundreds of voters.
vote by mail addresses at Commercial PO box places.
Voters registered in Hawaii and California ( popular)
Registrations that never voted.
Fictional addresses.
Non-existent people.
It goes on and on.
And what the fraud deniers won’t admit, is that it doesn’t matter which party the voter is registered to, because the fraudster can vote for any candidate on the ballot.
Take a look at the party stats..
You’ll see there are JUST enough DEMOCRAT voter registrations to Overcome 100% of the Republican registrations AND the independent registrations combined. The odds of this happening naturally is zero.

Los Angeles use to be based and GOP central. Then in 1988 the amnesty chsnged all that. Since then, the left has used every trick /con/fraud to pump faked votes into the counting machines.
I have no idea what this all shows. Aren't there extra millions of people on the voters rolls of California? Is that what is included here? Where is the non-citizen data from?

This was done back in 2012, and in many ways it's still valid.
California has a 40% fraudulent rate.

Wow 91k provisional ballots in Alameda. No nothing shady going on there.
What is provisional voter registration?
Provisional means somebody shows up to the polls to vote, and the poll worker can’t find their name or info.
So they are given a ‘provisional’ ballot, and are registered provisionally.
So in ‘theory’ they can vote, but their vote will only be counted IF:
1.) There are vote counts too close to a tie 2.) If no other ballot is cast in that name.
