How can you guarantee that those power centers are not corrupted again in the future? Keeping as much of their activity as public as possible doesn’t mean telling the enemy what we will do, it just means being willing to open the books when there is legitimate evidence of corruption instead of refusing to release information and classifying anything relevant.
