Not sure I believe this. Duterte said in an interview that he likes Trump. But the problem is he cannot get the help he needs from the US because of the partisan bullshit in congress and the senate. And so Duterte turns to those who can help. Not sure he sold his soul to China, but I heard he was looking at getting close to Russia. Who knows? ¯_(ツ)_/¯ But he did say he likes Trump a lot!!!
