My opinion on this changed back when that dude got choked to death in Staten Island for selling black market cigarettes. This shouldn’t even have been a crime, but even so should have been handed a ticket and that’s all. I don’t care if he got chippy with the cops, because now we know that many of them are just little Brownshirts waiting to enforce petty tyranny.
